Survey on Women in Cycling

Cycling Industries Europe (CIE) is launching a Women in Cycling network, collaborating with European Cyclists’ Federation, Confederation of the European Bicycle Industry (CONEBI), Velokonzept and Mobycon to spotlight women working in the cycling sector and create mentoring, networking and training opportunities. Their aim is to create a platform to increase the presence of women in board places, conferences, panels, interviews and jobs.

They are kicking off with a survey to gain a first insight into the current status of gender diversity among member companies and organisations. The results of the survey will help identify the starting point and how much work will be required to improve the gender balance. It will also help develop mentorship and training programmes. If as many people as possible working in the cycle sector complete the survey, they can gain a more comprehensive overview. The survey is for everyone (male and female) and is anonymous. It should take no more than five minutes to complete.

To fill out the survey click here.

If you have any questions or would like more information about the survey, please contact: L [dot] Friedatcyclingindustries [dot] com (L[dot]Fried[at]cyclingindustries[dot]com).
