Request for Proposals: Advisory services to set up a knowledge base for EIT Urban Mobility

EIT Urban Mobility is an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) in 2019. Since then, EIT Urban Mobility have been working to encourage positive changes in the way people move around cities in order to make them more liveable places and from 2020 - 2026 will receive co-funding of up to € 400 million from the EIT, a body of the European Union.

The association delivers breakthrough innovations to the market and breeds entrepreneurial talent for economic growth and improved quality of life in Europe. It does this by mobilising a pan-European ecosystem of over 48 front runner European corporations, SMEs, start-ups, universities and research institutes, and local governments.

The EIT Urban Mobility, through their City Club and Living Labs thematic area, intends to set up a knowledge base for exchange of recent results drawn from EIT Urban Mobility projects and good practice, including a detailed mapping of urban mobility-related living labs. The platform is meant for local governments and shall provide relevant information about innovative solutions to urban mobility challenges and results from living labs.

The aim of this request for proposals is to seek a strategic advisory service provider to map all existing urban mobility-related living labs in Europe and collect results and lessons learned in a toolbox. The intended start date of the services is 15 July 2020, and the contract will end on 31 December 2020. This procedure is conducted as an open procedure, all interested suppliers can submit a proposal.

Please note, the deadline for the submission of proposals has been extended to: 29/06/2020 16:00 CET. Further information can be found on the EIT Urban Mobility website.
