The 6th Mobility as a Service (MaaS) Summit was held online on 29 September as part of Urban Mobility Days 2020. The Summit was a joint effort from the MaaS Alliance, the European Commission and the Finnish Ministry Transport and Communications, bringing together experts, policy makers and leaders of industry to create innovative MaaS solutions.
In the wake of COVID 19 the Summit focused on initiatives in the context of the Green Deal, looking at a holistic approach to improve the resilience of transport and mobility system for people, societies and the planet.
Highlights from the discussion include the ITS Directive, TEN-T regulation and Urban Mobility Package, Directive for Alternative Fuels Infrastructure.
