'Shifting mindsets - Behavioural and inclusive pathways to active mobility' will take place online on 21 November 2025 from 11:00-12:30 CET. The webinar has been organised by Rupprecht Consult as part of the European Urban Initiative (EUI) Policy Lab series, on Integrated and Active Mobility. This event is designed to bring together city practitioners, urban authorities, institutional stakeholders and thematic experts to analyse success factors, explore shared challenges and compare implementation approaches across different urban contexts.
The webinar aims to explore behaviour change, participation and inclusion to foster lasting cultural shifts towards active transport. The session will feature city contributions from Brussels (BE), Faenza (IT), Turku (FI) and Viladecans (ES). Inputs are expected from expert contributors including Andreia Lopes Azevedo (POLIS network), Thomas Mourey (Eurocities), Keji A, (European Commission) and Isabel Cunha (Université de Lyon). Participants are encouraged to contribute through discussions and exchange of ideas, fostering peer-learning and raising awareness among the wider urban mobility community
