Urban Agenda Partnership Action Plan updated for new phase starting in 2022

The Urban Agenda Partnership on Innovative and Responsible Public Procurement is presenting an Action Plan for the new phase starting in 2022. The Partnership is continuing from the previous Action Plan from 2018 which has been implemented and completed and now the Urban Agenda Partnership is seeking feedback on the new Action Plan via public consultation. You can download the Action Plan 2022 here

Three new actions have been developed, aimed at further knowledge exchange and how to use public procurement as a tool for economic recovery after COVID-1:

  1. To develop a reflection board supported by a sustainable platform where cities, regions, Member States, the European Commission and institutions exchange ideas and experiences on strategic public procurement.
  2. Achieve the EU Green Deal, Digitalisation and Innovation (GDDI) goals by using public procurement as a strategic tool.
  3. Enabling economic recovery through public procurement.

The Partnership are requesting you to fill in the feedback on the Action Plan in the following feedback form by 11 February 2022. Access the feedback form here: Public consultation

Make sure to mention the chapter, page and part of the Action Plan you’re giving feedback on.
