A Greek translation of the SUMP Summary for Decision-Makers is now available

The Greek Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation has recently published a translated version of the SUMP Summary for Decision-Makers in Greek.

The document is an interactive summary that aims at making the Guidelines for developing and implementing a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (2nd edition) more accessible and easy to use. Developed for an audience of decision-makers, the 10-page document provides a succint and convincing user guide which illustrates the concept of the SUMP, the principles underpinning the planning process, and provides an introduction to the four SUMP phases.

The document presents the benefits of sustainable urban mobility planning and provides guidance on how to kickstart the SUMP process.

The translated document includes a note informing readers of the new Greek regulation that ensures a uniform way of elaborating, examining and monitoring SUMPs.
