The Annual POLIS Conference 2025 will take place on 26-27 November in Utrecht, the Netherlands - one of the world’s most bike‑friendly cities. The event offers a premier platform for cities and regions to showcase sustainable transport innovations to a diverse audience.
Over two days, the conference will feature more than 30 breakout sessions on topics such as public transport, freight logistics, road safety, and decarbonisation. In addition, two plenary sessions and five site visits are planned, including bike tours and public transport demonstrations across Utrecht.
The host city, also the current POLIS president, invites participants to engage with municipal authorities, policymakers, researchers, and industry leaders, and to experience Utrecht’s acclaimed sustainable urban infrastructure firsthand.
